Subject: year-end chess tournament

We will be having a year-end chess tournament at my house
for all of my current chess students (plus their parents if interested) on
May 27 from 1pm to 6pm.  This includes both PEACE and BACH chess classes
plus a couple other invited guests.  This will be a free rated tournament
where all players play all four games.  USCF membership is required and
students from my Spring BACH class (only) will receive a free USCF
membership if they don't have one or it is expired - others must be sure
their membership is up to date.  There will be four rounds (all players
play all four games) and the time control is G/30;d5 (30 minutes per side
plus 5 seconds delay per move).  Registration is 1:00pm to 1:15pm and you
must check in during this time to play the first round.  If you arrive
late, I will squeeze you in at the next round.

I have created the tournament at https://homemail.org/chesstournaments and
added the players that I've heard are coming.  Please let me know ahead of
time if your plans change.  I can also accommodate a few changes during
the registration time at 1pm on May 27.

I look forward to seeing you at the end of May.
